Randall Eckel is currently a Managing Partner at Marker Advisors. A career entrepreneur with experience spanning more than 20 years in the software sector, Mr. Eckel has founded, grown and managed a variety of software and service organizations, and has spent many years as an advisor to small and medium-sized technology businesses. He has substantial experience in Financing and Merger & Acquisition strategy in both a CEO/President and Advisor/Broker capacity.

As CEO/President, Mr. Eckel has:
-- Acquired eight (8) organizations in the ISV or Systems Integration (SI) sectors
-- Divested five (5) divisions due to formal restructuring or a refinement of strategic focus
-- Raised ~$100M in new Equity and Debt financing, as well as the restructuring of more than $20 million in debt
-- Negotiated $15M + in Strategic Investment from Microsoft and IBM
-- Negotiated multiple, global OEM license agreements
-- Built and managed both National and International, multi-branch Software and Service organizations
-- Restructured and sold a PC clone manufacturer
-- Pioneer in the eMail, Collaboration and Knowledge Management market
-- Pioneer in the Enterprise Portal market
-- Co-holder of two patents in Portal Design – Federated Portals and Pivot Portals

As an Advisor, Mr. Eckel has:
-- Advised on dozens of private-to-public and private-to-private company transactions
-- Chairman of the Board of Ensynch, Inc., an award winning Microsoft SI partner
